Następca Argante?

Co się stanie, jeśli wezmiemy pomysły wykorzystywane przy tworzeniu Argante i zabierzemy się do pracy? Po długim zastoju w pracach nad nową wersją systemu lcamtufa, Kil3r zdecydował się stworzyć coś od zera. Tym czymś jest EmsiOS, system operacyjny mający być klonem Argante 1. Napisany, jak twierdzi Kil3r, w ciągu kilkunastu godzin system składa się z prostego kernela… i to na razie tyle. Żeby uprościć i zminimalizować jądro, nie ma w nim wsparcia dla klasycznej konsoli, tak więc sprawny port szeregowy oraz minicom na pewno się przydadzą. It's not port of Argante, but clone mostly written from scrach (it took  about 12 hours ;), that uses some code ripped from latest Argante release.    It's embodiment of my idea of Argante as VM that can be ported, written  from scratch, cloned by anybody.  The core VM has to fulfil Argante documentation requrements, but anything  else can be implemented however you wish.  It's easy to imagine Argante VM written in Java, pascal or any other  language.  Moreover argante HLL compiler can be written in any other tool as well,  which may simplify writting application (consider visual ArgHLL++ ;).
